摘要
将可编程控制器应用于可控硅触发及时序控制,研制开发出一种用于磁粉探伤设备的新型可控硅移相触发及时序控制系统。该系统结构更趋于合理,具有更强的抗干扰性,增加了系统的通用性、可靠性和先进性,提高了整体控制精度。
Applying PLC in phaser and time sequence control of controllable silicon,a new type of control system used to control the phaser and time sequence of controllable silicon has been developed for the magnetic particle flaw detector.With the appropriate structure,the control system works steadily and reliably.Antiinterference and control accuracy of the system are greatly improved.
