摘要
目的 探讨多种手术方式的单个病种在实施临床路径 (Clinicalpathway ,CP)时确定其实施范围和住院时间的途径。方法 查阅一定时期内腰椎间盘突出手术患者的住院信息 ,按不同术式对其分组后进行组间的差异性分析 ,对可以纳入同一CP流程的组将其诊疗过程进行作业流程重组。结果 把差异不显著的术式纳入同一CP流程并确定了其CP住院时间。结论 在CP的设计阶段 ,对不同术式进行组间差异性分析并运用科学的方法确定CP住院时间 ,为CP的实施奠定好的基础。
Objective To explore the way of identifying the scope of implement of CP in single disease under multi operation and the length of days of the patient Methods By consulting the information of the hospitalized patients after surgery of the lumbar vertebrae protrusion in a certain diagnostic and therapeutic period and the variance analysis of the different groups of patients divided according to various types of operations, the clinical operation flows which can be included into one CP process were regrouped Results The various operations with insignificant difference were grouped into one CP process and the length of days of the patients was confirmed Conclusion At the CP designing stage, the length of days of the patients was confirmed by using scientific methods after analyzing the group variance under multi operation, providing the basis for the successful implement of CP
