摘要
八桂医学是中医学术流派中独特的一支,包含壮医等少数民族医学,是中国各民族交流交融、和谐共处、多元一体区域性融合在传统医学领域的具体表现。通过查阅相关书籍文献,分析考古发现及史料论述,梳理八桂医学外治法从先秦远古至民国时期的历史发展沿革及当前发展现状,总结近现代的医家对八桂医学外治法研究的宝贵经验以及溯源外治法的理论体系,认为八桂医学外治法流传发展过程中,在本地地域文化的基础上不断吸纳外来文化,使一种与中医学密不可分又颇具自身优势特点的区域性传统医学清晰地显现出多元文化交汇现象。对此梳理概述,以期八桂医学外治法得到更好发展。
Bagui Medicine is a unique branch of traditional Chinese medicine,including minority medicine such as Zhuang Medicine.It is a concrete manifestation of the exchange and integration,harmonious coexistence,and regional integration of various ethnic groups in China in the field of traditional medicine.This article reviews relevant books and literature,analyzes archaeological discoveries and historical discussions,and summarizes the historical development of the external treatment methods of the Eight Gui medicine from ancient pre Qin times to the Republic of China period.It summarizes the valuable experience of medical researchers in the study of external treatment methods of the Eight Gui medicine since modern times and the theoretical system of tracing the origin of external treatment methods.It is believed that in the process of the dissemination and development of external treatment methods of the Eight Gui medicine,foreign cultures are continuously absorbed on the basis of local regional culture,making a regional traditional medicine closely related to traditional Chinese medicine and with its own advantages clearly show the phenomenon of multicultural intersection.This article reviews this in order to better develop the external treatment methods of the Eight Gui medicine.
