MOF衍生的多孔碳材料制备及其电容性能研究——基于OBE理念设计一个综合化学实验

摘要 基于成果导向的OBE理念,围绕人才培养的毕业要求和课程目标,结合科研成果设计了一个综合实验——MOF衍生的多孔碳材料制备及其电容性能研究。该实验采用常压直接加入法合成Zn-MOF-5(Zn_(4)O(OOCC_(6)H_(4)COO)_(3)),通过碳化、酸洗等技术制成分层多孔碳材料并对其进行表征,最后考察了其电化学性能。通过该综合实验,学生不仅可以了解超级电容器这一科技前沿领域,而且可以有效地提升材料合成与表征、仪器操作和数据分析能力,培养学生综合应用知识的能力和解决复杂问题的能力,促进创新思维、团队协作意识和交流沟通能力的提升,从而达成高等工程教育毕业要求。 Grounded in the principles of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)and aligned with graduation requirements and course objectives,we designed a comprehensive experiment titled“Preparation of Porous Carbon Materials Derived from MOF and Their Capacitance Performance”.This experiment involves the synthesis of Zn-MOF-5 using a direct addition method under atmospheric pressure,followed by the preparation of layered porous carbon materials through processes such as carbonization and acid washing,which were then characterized.Finally,we investigated the electrochemical properties of these materials.Through this comprehensive experiment,students not only gain insights into the cutting-edge field of supercapacitors but also enhance their skills in material synthesis and characterization,instrument operation,and data analysis.This experience fosters their ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines,solve complex problems,stimulate innovative thinking,and develop teamwork and communication skills.Ultimately,this supports students in meeting the graduation requirements of advanced engineering education.
