摘要
渭河公轨合建特大桥为曲线上加劲正交异性板连续钢桁梁结构,施工中存在非对称悬臂长、合龙构件多、精度要求高和影响因素多等难点,合龙难度大。在合龙前对钢桁梁合龙口进行监测,并分析合龙偏差及确定纠偏方法。首先,合龙时提前对合龙口轴线进行量测,并调整合龙口姿态。其次,采用墩顶落顶调整合龙口悬臂段竖向偏差,并通过仿真模型分析计算调整前后合龙口钢桁梁的结构变形和内力。最后,对合龙口杆件进行连续观测确定了合龙时间、合龙顺序和合龙方案,实现了钢桁梁高精度顺利合龙。
Weihe River Highway⁃railway Joint Construction Bridge is a continuous steel truss girder structure with orthotropic anisotropic plates stiffened on the curve,which has difficulties such as long asymmetric cantilever,multiple jointing rods,high precision requirements,and many influencing factors,making the bridge challenging closure.Before closure,the final closure of the steel joist girder was monitored,the deviation of the closure was analyzed,and the correction method was determined.Firstly,the port axis of the final closure was measured,and the port attitude of the final closure was adjusted in advance of the closure.Secondly,the vertical deviation of the cantilever section of the final closure was adjusted by the top of the pier,and the structural deformation and internal force of the steel truss girder at the final closure before and after the adjustment were analyzed and calculated by the simulation model.Finally,the closure time,sequence,and plan were determined by continuous observation of the bars at the final closure,and the high⁃precision and smooth closure of the steel truss girder was realized.
