表面活性剂在提高低渗透油藏采收率中的应用及机理分析

摘要 研究了表面活性剂如何通过降低油水界面张力和改善岩石润湿性提高低渗透油藏采收率,并对微观驱油机理进行了探究。结果表明,表面活性剂能够有效降低油水界面张力,当表面活性剂浓度从0 mg·L^(-1)升至50 mg·L^(-1)时,油水界面张力从72.5 mN·m-1降至10.4 mN·m-1,尤其是在表面活性剂浓度从0 mg·L^(-1)升至30 mg·L^(-1)时,油水界面张力显著下降;表面活性剂浓度与岩石表面吸附量及油藏采收率呈正相关,当表面活性剂浓度从0 mg·L^(-1)升至30 mg·L^(-1)时,岩石表面吸附量从0μg·cm^(-2)增至50.3μg·cm^(-2),当表面活性剂浓度从0 mg·L^(-1)升至50 mg·L^(-1)时,油藏采收率从25%升至62%。为低渗油田的化学增产提供了科学依据。 We studied how surfactants could improve the oil recovery of low permeability reservoirs by reducing oil-water interfacial tension and improving rock wettability,and explored the micro oil-displacement mechanism.The results show that surfactants can effectively reduce the oil-water interfacial tension.When the surfactant concentration increases from 0 mg·L^(-1)to 50 mg·L^(-1),the oil-water interfacial tension decreases from 72.5 mN·m-1 to 10.4 mN·m-1,especially when the surfactant concentration increases from 0 mg·L^(-1)to 30 mg·L^(-1),the oil-water interfacial tension decreases significantly.The surfactant concentration is positively correlated with the adsorption capacity on the rock surface and the oil recovery.When the surfactant concentration increases from 0 mg·L^(-1)to 30 mg·L^(-1),the adsorption capacity on the rock surface increases from 0μg·cm^(-2)to 50.3μg·cm^(-2).When the surfactant concentration increases from 0 mg·L^(-1)to 50 mg·L^(-1),the oil recovery increases from 25%to 62%.This study provides a scientific basis for chemical stimulation of low permeability oilfields.
