摘要
为了实现煤矸石骨料的大规模应用,在优化其级配的基础上,通过采用粗骨料全替代、细骨料部分替代的方式,进一步提升煤矸石骨料混凝土的性能。研究结果表明:适当增加胶凝材料用量可以有效提升煤矸石混凝土强度;煤矸石细骨料掺入对混凝土劈裂抗拉性能有一定的负面影响,但其影响程度因胶凝材料用量不同而有所差异;在适宜配合比条件下,煤矸石骨料混凝土抗折强度可以接近甚至达到普通混凝土的水平。
In order to realize the large-scale application of coal gangue aggregate,on the basis of optimizing its gradation,the performance of coal gangue aggregate concrete was further improved by adopting the method of full substitution of coarse aggregate and partial substitution of fine aggregate.The results show that the strength of coal gangue concrete can be improved effectively by increasing the dosage of cementing material appropriately.The addition of coal gangue fine aggregate has a certain negative effect on the splitting tensile properties of concrete,but the degree of influence varies with the amount of cementing material.The flexural strength of coal gangue aggregate concrete can approach or even reach the level of ordinary concrete under the condition of suitable mix ratio.
