摘要
井下管柱注水时,由于受到压力影响,输水管的供应压力变化会改变控制系统中的压力平衡。延长地区的油田井下输水管通常采用单通道调节,如果供应压力发生大幅度波动,先导阀-主阀芯的输出位移无法及时适应新的压力条件,导致无法实现实时智能切换。为此,设计一种双通道流量智能调节方法。通过对管柱双通道注水的流动状态进行分析,结合伯努利原理,可以得出不同注水量下井口注水压力与体积流量之间的关系,计算分层注水管柱双通道需求流量。根据流动状态分析,将注水层水嘴调节到任意开度,其他层水嘴关断,获取每一层不同注水量下相应井口注水压力。基于分层注水管柱双通道需求流量,设计基于先导阀-主阀的智能调节结构,构建先导阀-主阀芯的输出位移和输入液压功率之间的转换函数,将输入液压功率转换为主阀的输出位移,以此调节先导阀-主阀对应的注水量,实现双通道流量的智能调节。由实验结果可知,该方法调节后的注水流量与理想注水流量误差低于20 m^(3)/d,说明使用该方法调节效果较好。
When injecting water into underground pipes,the supply pressure of the water pipeline changes due to the influence of pressure,which can alter the pressure balance in the control system.The underground water delivery pipes in oil fields in the Yan-chang area usually adopt single channel regulation.If the supply pressure fluctuates significantly,the output displacement of the pilot valve main valve core cannot adapt to the new pressure conditions in a timely manner,resulting in the inability to achieve real-time intelligent switching.Therefore,this article designs a dual channel flow intelligent regulation method.By analyzing the flow state of dual channel water injection in the pipe column and combining with Bernoulli's principle,the relationship between wellhead water in-jection pressure and volumetric flow rate under different water injection rates can be obtained,and the required flow rate for dual channel water injection in layered water injection pipes can be calculated.According to the analysis of the flow state,adjust the water nozzle of the injection layer to any opening,and turn off the water nozzles of other layers to obtain the corresponding wellhead water in-jection pressure for each layer with different water injection rates.Based on the dual channel demand flow rate of the layered water in-jection pipe column,an intelligent adjustment structure based on the pilot valve main valve is designed,and a conversion function be-tween the output displacement of the pilot valve main valve core and the input hydraulic power is constructed.The input hydraulic power is converted to the output displacement of the main valve to adjust the corresponding water injection rate of the pilot valve main valve,achieving intelligent adjustment of the dual channel flow rate.According to the experimental results,the error between the ad-justed water injection flow rate and the ideal water injection flow rate is less than 20m^(3)/d,indicating that the adjustment effect of this method is good.
