摘要本试验进行了头孢噻呋晶体注射液弃奶期验证研究。试验选用20头健康泌乳奶牛,以推荐剂量每千克体重6.6mg,单次皮下注射头孢噻呋晶体注射液,于给药后8h、24h和32h分别采集奶样,使用经验证的分析方法测定牛奶中头孢噻呋残留浓度,依据头孢噻呋在牛奶中的最高残留限量,确定头孢噻呋晶体注射液的弃奶期为0日。 This experiment was conducted to verify the withdrawal period of ceftiofur crystalline free acid injection in milk.Twenty healthy cows were selected in the experiment,the recommended dose was 6mg/kg bw,single subcutaneous injection,and collected the milk on 8h,24h or 32h after administration.The residual concentration of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in each collected sample was determined by a proven analytical method.According to the maximum residue limit of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in milk,the withdrawal period of ceftiofur crystalline free acid in milk was determined to be zero days.
