摘要
【目的】明确阳光玫瑰/1103P嫁接组合的抗旱性优势,推动阳光玫瑰品种在干旱地区推广应用。【方法】根据自然干旱天数的增加,每3 d为1个梯度,设置T_(0)~T_(4)4个梯度,以T_(0)为对照。分析了阳光玫瑰及其嫁接苗阳光玫瑰/1103P、砧木1103P在自然干旱天数下生理特性的变化。【结果】整个干旱胁迫过程中,葡萄砧木1103P的叶片相对含水量没有明显的下降,且膜系统没有被严重破环,表明其抗旱性很强,是一种适宜在西北半干旱地区应用的优良砧木。而与葡萄品种阳光玫瑰相比,阳光玫瑰/1103P嫁接苗在受到干旱胁迫时SOD与POD活性显著升高,在T_(4)时较T_(0)分别增加了74.42%和119%,而阳光玫瑰则为72.61%和110%,对阳光玫瑰内源激素的测定结果显示生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA_(3))随着干旱时间的延长均呈快速下降趋势,脱落酸(ABA)呈显著上升趋势,嫁接苗阳光玫瑰/1103P与其相比,生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA_(3))下降速率减缓,脱落酸(ABA)上升速率加快。【结论】嫁接苗阳光玫瑰/1103P在干旱胁迫时通过提高自身抗氧化酶活性、延缓IAA和GA_(3)下降趋势,加快ABA上升趋势增强了自身的抗旱性。该结果为干旱地区推广应用阳光玫瑰/1103P嫁接苗提供了依据。
【Objective】To clarify the drought resistance advantage of the Shine Muscat/1103 P grafting combination and to promote the popularization and use of Shine Muscat varieties in arid areas.【Method】According to the increase of natural drought days,a gradient was made every 3 days and four gradients from T_(0)~T_(4) were set,with T_(0) as the control.The changes in the physiological characteristics of Shine Muscat and its grafted seedlings′Shine Muscat/1103P′and rootstock 1103P under natural drought days were ana⁃lyzed.【Result】Throughout the drought stress process,the relative water content of the leaves of rootstock 1103P did not decrease significantly and the membrane system was not seriously damaged,indicating that it had strong drought resistance and was an excellent rootstock suitable for application in the semi-arid region of Northwest China.Compared with Shine Muscat,the SOD and POD activities of Shine Muscat/1103P grafted seedlings increased significantly under drought stress,increasing by 74.42%and 119%,respectively,at T_(4) compared with T_(0),while those of Shine Muscat were 72.61%and 110%,respectively.The de⁃termination of endogenous hormones showed that auxin(IAA)and gibberellin(GA_(3))decreased rapidly with the prolongation of the drought period,and abscisic acid(ABA)showed a significant upward trend compared to Shine Muscat/1103P.The rate of decrease of IAA and GA_(3) slowed down and the rate of increase of ABA accelerated.【Conclusion】The Shine Muscat/1103 P grafted seedlings improved their drought resis⁃tance by increasing their antioxidant enzyme activities,delaying the downward trend of IAA and GA_(3),and accelerating the upward trend of ABA under drought stress.The results provide a basis for the populariza⁃tion and application of Shine Muscat/1103 P grafted seedlings in arid areas.
