摘要
结合对中国工会十八大部署要求和医药卫生政策文件的学习,思考公立医院工会思想政治工作对构建和谐医患关系、推进健康中国建设的作用。新形势下产生新要求,部分医院工会存在思想政治工作不够重视、工作方法缺乏创新等问题,建议医院工会应提升能力水平,与时俱进,改革创新,采取强化职能定位、加强人文关怀、加大教育培训力度、推进信息畅通等措施,进一步加强和改进思想政治工作,提升医务人员政治素养和医学人文修养,提高医疗卫生服务水平,推进医疗技术与人文关怀的和谐统一,推进健康中国建设。
Combined with the study of the deployment requirements of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union and the medical and health policy documents,this paper considers the role of the ideological and political work of the trade union in public hospitals in building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promoting the construction of a healthy China.In the face of the new requirements under the new situation,some hospital trade unions have problems such as insufficient attention to ideological and political work and lack of innovation in working methods.It is suggested that hospital trade unions should improve their ability level,keep pace with the times,reform and innovate,and take measures such as strengthening functional positioning,strengthening humanistic care,increasing education and training,and promoting the smooth flow of information,so as to further strengthen and improve ideological and political work,enhance the political literacy and medical humanistic accomplishment of medical staff,improve the level of medical and health services,and promote the harmony and unity of medical technology and humanistic care.Promote the construction of a healthy China.
