摘要
深化产教融合、科教融汇,是实施科教兴国战略、人才强国战略、创新驱动发展战略的内在要求,也是应用型本科高校践行使命担当的必然选择和实现自身高质量发展的必由之路。针对教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链“四链”融合不够紧密的问题,应用型本科高校应立足自身发展定位,主动参与产业转型升级和创新驱动发展,积极推动内涵发展与行业转型升级、学科专业与产业结构调整、科学研究范式与企业技术需求以及应用型师资转型与产业发展等四方面的深度融合,构建集聚资源、协同创新、服务地方、融合发展的新路径。
Deepening the integration of industry and education and integrating science and education are the internal requirements of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,and the strategy of innovation-driven development.They are also the inevitable choice for application-oriented undergraduate universities to fulfill their mission responsibilities and the only way to achieve high-quality development.In view of the lack of close integration of the"four chains"of education chain,talent chain and industrial chain,and innovation chain,application-oriented undergraduate universities should base on their own development positioning and actively integrate into industrial transformation and upgrading and innovation-driven development,and actively promote the deep integration of connotation development and industry transformation and upgrading,discipline and specialty and industrial structure adjustment,scientific research paradigm and enterprise technology needs,and application-oriented teacher transformation and industrial development,and build a new path of resource gathering,collaborative innovation,local service and integrated development.
