科教融合与创新人才培养模式的探索与实践——以河北师范大学生物科学“真知实验班”为例

Exploration and Practice of Science and Education Integration and Innovative Talent Training Mode:Taking the Biological Science“True Knowledge Experimental Class”of Hebei Normal University as an Example

摘要 生物科学“真知实验班”的人才培养目标之一是培养具有扎实的生物学基础知识和基本理论、熟练的生物学实验技能、严谨的生物学思维方式,同时具备自主、合作和探究性学习能力的生物学人才。在生物科学“真知实验班”的人才培养过程中,通过着重培养学生的基本科学研究素质,提高发现、分析和解决问题的能力,为其将来开展生物科学研究工作奠定基础。教师在课堂教学过程中融入科研中的思考方法、讨论方法、实验设计方法等学习方式,同时结合学科发展的趋势和前沿的研究热点,将科教融合理念贯穿于整个教学内容的设计中,提高了生物科学“真知实验班”创新型人才培养质量。 One of the learning outcomes of the students majoring in“True Knowledge Experimental Class”of biological sciences is to master solid basic knowledge and basic theories of biology,proficient biological experimental skills,rigorous biological thinking methods,and independent,cooperative and exploratory learning abilities.In the process of cultivating talents majoring in the“True Knowledge Experimental Class”of biological sciences,it will lay the foundation for future biological science research by focusing on cultivating students’basic scientific research ability and improving their ability to discover,analyze and solve problems.In the process of classroom teaching,teachers integrate the thinking methods,discussion methods,experimental design methods and other learning methods in scientific research,and at the same time,combine the trend of discipline development and cutting-edge research hotspots.The concept of integration of science and education runs through the design of the entire teaching content,which improves the quality of the cultivation of innovative talents in the“True Knowledge Experimental Class”of biological sciences.
