摘要
因节点组织伙伴选择所导致的创新分裂断层现象及由此产生的子群内外迥异性互惠行为,是当前技术创新网络领域关注的重要话题。基于断层理论和知识基础观,从创新分裂断层视角构建以知识共享为中介变量、知识泄露为调节变量的创新分裂断层与技术创新网络子群互惠模型,从理论上深入挖掘创新分裂断层对技术创新网络子群互惠的影响机制,并以高新技术企业为研究对象,基于见数(Credamo)平台收集的395份有效问卷数据进行实证分析,进一步揭示技术创新网络子群互惠形成机制。结果表明:创新分裂断层对子群内互惠与子群间互惠均具有显著负向影响,但对子群间互惠影响更大;知识共享在创新分裂断层与子群内(间)互惠的关系间发挥部分中介作用;意外知识泄露在知识共享与子群内互惠关系中发挥正向调节作用,主动知识泄露在知识共享与子群内互惠关系中发挥负向调节作用。因此,企业应当及时识别与其他合作伙伴间的潜在分裂断层,提高网络中子群互惠的整体水平,同时要加强创新网络中子群企业的知识管理,辩证看待知识泄露行为。
Technological innovation network is often presented as a loosely coupled characteristics,which may continue to be decomposed into a number of subgroups of the network structure,and the phenomenon of subgroups of reciprocity is gradually emerging.The innovation divisive faultlines,as a key feature of technological innovation networks,is an important prerequisite for the formation of subgroup reciprocity.Furthermore,knowledge sharing and leakage are fundamental to collaborative innovation.As such,both knowledge sharing and knowledge leakage play a critical role in the development of subgroup reciprocity.Based on this,this paper starts from the level of technological innovation network,and through combing and integrating the fault theory,knowledge-based view,and core keyword related literature,constructs a theoretical model of innovation divisive faultlines affecting subgroup reciprocity with knowledge sharing as the mediating variable and knowledge leakage as the moderating variable,to explore the mechanism of the innovation divisive faultlines'influence on subgroup reciprocity in depth.Then,taking the high-tech enterprises as the research object,empirical analysis is conducted based on the data of 395 valid questionnaires of 476 questionnaires collected from the Credamo platform,to reveal the reciprocity formation mechanism of the subgroup of technological innovation network.The final research results indicate as follows:(1)The innovation divisive fault lines has a significant negative impact on both intra-subgroup reciprocity and inter-subgroup reciprocity,but has a greater impact on the latter;(2)Knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between innovation divisive fault lines and subgroup reciprocity(including intra-subgroup reciprocity and inter-subgroup reciprocity);(3)Active knowledge leakage exhibits a negative moderating effect on knowledge sharing and intra-subgroup reciprocity,and regulates the mediating effect of knowledge sharing.By exploring the impact of innovation divisive faultlines at the level of technological innovation networks,the paper proposes that enterprises should promptly identify potential fault lines between themselves and their partners,enhance the overall level of reciprocity among subgroups within the network,and strengthen knowledge management among subgroup enterprises in the innovation network while taking a dialectical approach to knowledge leakage.
