摘要
在市政道路桥梁工程中,采用预制梁吊装施工技术不仅可以加快现场作业速度,还能确保桥梁施工质量稳定,有效降低劳动强度,为建设单位节约成本。为了全面提升市政道路桥梁工程施工质量,应对预制梁吊装施工技术加以研究。文章以工程概况作为切入点,通过编制吊装施工方案、安全技术计算、吊装准备、预制梁吊装施工等流程进行吊装施工,并提出合理控制生产质量、科学选择吊装设备、合理把控吊装安全等技术要点,旨在为预制梁吊装施工提供参考。
In municipal road and bridge engineering,the use of prefabricated beam hoisting construction technology can not only improve on-site operation speed,but also ensure stable bridge construction quality,effectively reduce labor intensity,and save costs for construction units.In order to comprehensively improve the construction quality of municipal road and bridge engineering,research should be conducted on the construction technology of prefabricated beam hoisting.The article takes the engineering overview as the starting point,and carries out hoisting construction through the preparation of hoisting construction plans,safety technical calculations,hoisting preparation,and precast beam hoisting construction processes.It also proposes technical points such as reasonable control of production quality,scientific selection of hoisting equipment,and reasonable control of hoisting safety,aiming to provide reference for precast beam hoisting construction.
