基于鲸鱼算法优化二型模糊逻辑的水下无线传感网络分簇路由算法

摘要 为了实现水下无线传感器网络(underwater wireless sensor networks,UWSNs)的能量均衡分簇并延长网络寿命,提出了一种基于鲸鱼算法优化二型模糊逻辑(type-2 fuzzy logic,T2FL)系统的分簇路由算法。该算法利用二型模糊逻辑系统分析节点剩余能量、邻近节点数量以及与基站的距离,指导簇头的选取。为解决传统推理规则易导致首轮节点过早死亡的问题,本文引入基于首个节点死亡轮次的适应度函数,利用鲸鱼算法优化模糊逻辑推理规则,延长首个节点死亡的轮次。此外,采用簇头共存的入簇机制并对簇头的通信半径加以限制,进一步延长了网络寿命。实验结果表明,相较于低功耗自适应集簇分层型协议(low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy,LEACH)算法、轮转式LEACH(reliable LEACH,R-LEACH)算法和能量高效LEACH(energy efficient LEACH,EE-LEACH)算法,本文算法显著降低了每轮节点剩余能量方差,延长了网络寿命。 To achieve energy-balanced clustering and extend the lifespan of an underwater wireless sensor network(UWSNS),this paper proposes a clustering routing algorithm based on whale optimization algorithm and type-2 fuzzy logic(T2FL)systems.The algorithm employs a type-2 fuzzy logic system to analyze node residual energy,the number of neighboring nodes,and the distance to the base station,guiding the selection of cluster heads.To address the issue of premature first node death caused by traditional inference rules,a fitness function based on the first node death round is introduced,optimizing fuzzy logic inference rules with the whale optimization algorithm to prolong the first node death round.Additionally,the algorithm implements a coexisting cluster head mechanism and restricts the communication radius of cluster heads,further extending the network lifespan.Experimental results show that compared with the low-energy adaptive clustering hierarchy(LEACH),reliable LEACH(R-LEACH),and energy efficient LEACH(EE-LEACH),this algorithm significantly reduces the variance of the remaining energy per node per round,and thereby extends network lifespan.
