摘要
根据GC-TOPSIS测算2010—2021年中国沿海10省市绿色金融与海洋生态经济系统的综合发展水平,并运用障碍度模型识别影响两者协调发展水平的障碍因子.研究结果结果表明:①绿色金融与海洋生态经济系统的综合发展水平以及两者耦合协调水平均呈上升态势;②绿色金融与海洋生态经济系统的耦合协调度发展水平呈现出南部海洋经济圈>北部海洋经济圈>东部海洋经济圈的格局特点;③农业保险收入/农业总产值是3大海洋经济圈的首要障碍因子,财政环境保护支出/财政一般预算支出是北部和东部海洋经济圈的第二障碍因子,工业污染治理投资/GDP是南部海洋经济圈的第二障碍因子.
Based on GC-TOPSIS,the integrated development level of green finance and marine ecological economic system in 10 coastal provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2021 is measured,and the obstacle degree model is used to identify the obstacle factors affecting the coordinated development level of the two system.The results show that:1.The comprehensive development level of green finance and the marine ecological economic system,as well as their coupling coordination level,has been increasing;2.The development level of the coupling coordination degree of green finance and the marine ecological economic system is characterized by the pattern of the southern ocean economic circle>northern ocean economic circle>eastern ocean economic circle;3.The income from agricultural insurance/gross value of agricultural output is the primary obstacle factor for the three major ocean economic circles,and the financial environmental protection expenditures/fiscal general budget expenditures is the second obstacle factor for the northern and eastern ocean economic circles,and industrial pollution control investment/GDP is the second obstacle factor for the southern ocean economic circle.
