摘要
对几种常见的工业水处理沉淀工艺技术进行比选,结果表明“磁絮凝+高效沉淀”工艺综合性能较好,阐述了“磁絮凝+高效沉淀工艺”的技术原理和技术特点,采用“磁絮凝+高效沉淀工艺”代替传统的磁絮凝工艺应用于雨水处理和工业废水处理设施的改造,改造后废水处理过程中固液分离速度快,分离效果好,处理后废水可回用于系统。
Several common industrial water treatment sedimentation process technologies are compared and selected.The results show that the“magnetic flocculation+high-efficiency sedimentation”process has better comprehensive performance.The technical principles and characteristics of the“magnetic flocculation+high-efficiency sedimentation process”are explained.The“magnetic flocculation+high-efficiency sedimentation process”is adopted to replace the traditional magnetic flocculation process in the renovation of rainwater treatment and industrial wastewater treatment facilities.After the renovation,the solid-liquid separation speed in the wastewater treatment process is fast,the separation effect is good,and the treated wastewater can be reused in the system.
