基于UWB的铁路营业线施工要素定位与风险防控研究

摘要 为解决铁路营业线施工要素管理依赖于人工、风险管控滞后的问题,基于超宽带技术(UWB)提出一种施工机械、人员的定位与风险防控方法,并结合地理信息系统(GIS)建立可视化管控平台。以某上跨铁路营业线桥梁工程为研究对象,根据施工区域营业线施工的分级管控需求,优化布置了UWB基站和电子围栏边界,为施工要素配置定位标签,然后根据TDOA定位原理实现施工要素的定位,由定位坐标计算人员距离施工机械、电子围栏间的距离,与预设的阈值对比,进行安全风险分级预警,据此设计了施工机械防撞和电子围栏的分级预警方法。在上述基础上,将人员和机械的位置信息以及安全风险分级预警信息等集成至地理信息系统(GIS),在GIS平台实现实时查看人员和机械的具体位置以及自动对安全预警信息进行推送。在实际工程应用中,该施工要素的定位与风险预警方法效果良好,可以有效增强施工场地的安全性。结果表明,本文设计方法可以实现人员与机械的实时定位展示以及安全预警的自动推送,有效提高铁路营业线施工的智能化安全监管效率,弥补目前在施工场地人员巡视安全方面的不足。 In order to solve the problem that the management of construction elements of railway operation lines is dependent on manpower and the risk management is lagging behind,a method of positioning construction machinery and personnel and risk prevention and control is developed based on UWB technology,and a visual management and control platform is established in combination with geographic information system(GIS).Taking a bridge project of an upper-spanning railway operation line as the research object,according to the hierarchical control requirements of operation line construction in the construction area,the UWB base stations and electronic fence boundary are optimally arranged,the positioning labels are configured for the construction elements,and then the positioning of construction elements is realized according to the TDOA positioning principle.The distance between the personnel and the construction machinery and the electronic fence is calculated by the positioning coordinates,and the safety risk graded early warning is compared with the preset threshold,and the graded early warning method of construction machinery collision avoidance and electronic fence is designed.On the basis of the above,the location information of personnel and machinery,as well as the safety risk graded early warning information,are integrated into the geographic information system(GIS),and the specific location of personnel and machinery can be viewed in real time and the safety early warning information can be automatically pushed on the GIS platform.In practical engineering application,the method of location of construction elements and risk early warning has a good effect,which can effectively enhance the safety of construction site.The results show that the designed method can realize the real-time positioning and display of personnel and machinery and the automatic push of safety warning effectively improve the intelligent safety supervision efficiency of railway operation line construction,and make up for the current shortcomings in the safety of personnel patrol at the construction site.
