摘要
在贫困治理方向转为相对贫困的治理后,除了关注物质扶贫,还应重视心理扶贫的作用。基于多维相对贫困视角,运用CFPS 2018数据,从收入、教育、健康、社会保障和信息5个维度建立指标,实证分析了心理健康对居民多维相对贫困的影响作用及其异质性。实证结果发现:心理健康能够显著缓解居民多维相对贫困状况,且异质性分析表明,在不同年龄段,心理健康对高龄居民的多维相对贫困影响更明显;相比于女性,心理健康对男性居民的多维相对贫困影响更大;城市和农村居民心理健康的影响均显著。研究结论表明,应重视城乡居民的心理健康状态,不断提升全民的心理健康水平,将更有利于缓解居民多维相对贫困。
After the direction of poverty management has changed to relative poverty management,we should pay attention to the role of psychological poverty alleviation in addition to material poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of multidimensional relative poverty,CFPS 2018 data were used to establish indicators from five dimensions:income,education,health,social security and information,and empirically analyzed the impact of mental health on multidimensional relative poverty of residents and its heterogeneity.The empirical results show that mental health can significantly alleviate the multidimensional relative poverty of residents,and the heterogeneity analysis shows that in different age groups,mental health has a more significant impact on the multidimensional relative poverty of elderly residents;Compared with women,mental health has a greater impact on the multidimensional relative poverty of male residents.Mental health has a significant impact on both urban and rural residents.The conclusion shows that we should pay attention to the mental health status of urban and rural residents and continuously improve the mental health level of the population,which will be more conducive to alleviating the multidimensional relative poverty of residents.
