中药学“项目化”实践教学——以不同产地益母草重金属含量的测定为例

摘要 基于中药学传统常规的教学已无法满足新时代学生的学习需求,利用中药学、中药鉴定学、仪器分析等课程的知识重构、教学融合,将原学科体系的内容划分为若干个教学项目,让学生直接参与完整教学设计活动。本研究基于原子吸收光谱法测定不同产地益母草重金属含量,从药材质量检测、重金属贮备液及供试品溶液的制备等多方面考查学生知识、技能、素养目标,以期改善知识教育与能力培养之间失衡的问题,强化学生的实践操作技能,拔高学生的融合创新思维能力,从而达到教学研全面协同发展。 Traditional Chinese pharmacy teaching can no longer meet the learning needs of students in the new era.By using the knowledge reconstruction and teaching integration of courses such as Chinese pharmacy,TCM identification science and instrument analysis,the contents of the original discipline system are divided into several teaching projects,so that students can directly participate in the complete teaching design activities.Based on the determination of heavy metal content of Leonurus from different producing areas by atomic absorption spectrometry,this study investigated the knowledge,skills and literacy objectives of students from the aspects of quality detection of medicinal materials,preparation of heavy metal storage solution and test product solution,etc.,in order to improve the imbalance between knowledge education and ability training,strengthen students'practical operation skills,and enhance students'ability of integration and innovation thinking.So as to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development of teaching and research.
