基于太赫兹技术的绝缘油老化状态评估方法

摘要 变压器绝缘物质的老化状态与其安全运行密切相关,常规检测方法检测周期较长,样品需预处理。因此,发展一种简便、快捷的评估方法是非常有意义的。文中在120℃条件下自制了不同老化时长的绝缘油纸样品,并对其进行了太赫兹检测,对相位进行校正后计算了样品的折射率和吸收系数。结果显示,随着老化时间的增加,样品的折射率、吸收系数逐渐增大。与对应绝缘油糠醛的浓度进行对比,发现三种参数具有相同的变化趋势。将吸收系数、平均折射率与老化时间进行拟合作为标准老化模型,以130℃条件下的老化样本作为异常值。对比结果表明,可通过构建标准老化模型计算样品与模型之间的偏差来快速判断绝缘油的老化状态。 Transformer insulation material aging is closely related to its safe operation.Conventional detection methods have long inspection cycles and require sample pretreatment.Therefore,developing a convenient and rapid assessment method is highly meaningful.In this study,under the condition of 120℃,self-made insulation oil paper samples with different aging durations were subjected to terahertz detection.After phase correction,the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the samples were calculated.The results showed that with the increase of aging time,the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the samples gradually increased.By comparing with the concentration of corresponding insulating oil furfural,it was found that the three parameters showed the same trend of change.By fitting the absorption coefficient,average refractive index,and aging time as a standard aging model,and using the aging samples under 130℃ as outliers,the comparison results indicated that the aging state of the insulation oil can be quickly judged by calculating the deviation between the samples and the model.
