基于负荷综合性质指标及分区切荷比例偏差寻优的低频减载轮次编排方法

摘要 随着分布式电源持续大规模接入电网,电力系统的稳定运行面临更大挑战。作为保障电力系统频率稳定的重要手段,低频减载轮次的编排应更加合理、高效。据此,引入负荷综合性质指标,用于描述低频减载轮次所切负荷特征。以尽可能降低负荷综合性质指标,同时兼顾减小电网各分区的切荷比例偏差为目标,将遗传算法应用于优化各分区投入低频减载轮次的馈线数量。某区域电网的实际应用表明,该方法能够显著提高低频减载轮次编排的合理性,降低低频减载切荷对民生用电的影响。 With the continuous large-scale access of distributed power sources to the grid,the stable operation of the power system faces greater challenges.As an important means to ensure the frequency stability of power system,the round arrangement of under frequency load shedding(abbreviated as UFLS below)should be more reasonable and efficient.Based on this,the concept of load comprehensive property index is introduced in this paper to describe the load characteristics of UFLS round.In order to reduce the load comprehensive property index as much as possible and reduce the load shedding ratio deviation of each zone,the genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the number of feeders for UFLS rounds of each zone.The practical application of a regional power grid in Fujian shows that this method can significantly improve the rationality of the round arrangement of UFLS and reduce the influence of UFLS on people’s electricity consumption.
