摘要
目的分析阿加曲班联合阿司匹林和氯吡格雷对脑梗死患者治疗效果及出血并发症的影响。方法选取医院2022年1月~2023年12月收治的100例脑梗死患者为研究对象,按照实际应用药物情况分为两组。对照组(50例)采用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,研究组(50例)在对照组基础上加以阿加曲班治疗。比较两组临床疗效、凝血功能、神经功能与生活质量评分、出血并发症。结果研究组总有效率(92.00%)高于对照组(68.00%)(P<0.05);治疗后研究组凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)高于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组出血并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合阿司匹林和氯吡格雷对脑梗死患者治疗效果较好,可改善患者临床症状,且不会增加出血并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze the effect of agatroban combined with aspirin and clopidogrel on the therapeutic effect and hemorrhage complications in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to the actual application of drugs.The control group(50 cases)was treated with clopidogrel combined with aspirin,and the study group(50 cases)was treated with agatban on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,coagulation function,neurological function,quality of life score and hemorrhage complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(92.00%)was higher than that of the control group(68.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,TT and PT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and FIB was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and life ability score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of hemorrhage complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Agatroban combined with aspirin and clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and does not increase the incidence of hemorrhage complications.
