摘要
为了快速准确评价黏性地层盾构改良渣土的流动性,采用成都轨道交通资阳线盾构区间穿越泥岩地层的渣土样品开展流动度试验和坍落度试验,分析不同泡沫注入率(Foam Injection Rate,FIR)、含砂率情况下,泥岩地层改良渣土的流动度变化情况,并将流动度试验结果与坍落度试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:相比于坍落度试验,流动度试验耗材少,用时短,可以对渣土流动性进行动态评估;改良渣土的流动度在振动超过60次后趋于稳定;不同含砂率下渣土试样流动度和坍落度具有相关性;当泥岩含砂率大于50%时,不宜采用流动度描述渣土的流动性。建议依托工程改良渣土流动度(振动60次)设定为18~21 cm。
To rapidly and accurately assess the flow characteristics of shield muck conditioning in mudstone strata,fluidity tests and slump tests were conducted on soil samples from the section of the Chengdu Rail Transit Ziyang Line shield tunnel through mudstone.The variations in fluidity of the shield conditioned muck were analyzed under different foam injection rates and sand content.The results of fluidity tests were compared with the results of slump tests.The results show that,compared to slump tests,the fluidity tests require fewer consumables and shorter time,providing a dynamic evaluation of the flow characteristic of muck.The fluidity of shield conditioned muck can be stabilized after more than 60 times vibrations.There is a correlation between the fluidity and slump values of the muck samples with varying sand content.When the sand content of the mudstone exceeded 50%,fluidity is no longer suitable for characterizing the flow characteristic of shield conditioned muck.For the mudstone considered in this study,the reasonable range of fluidity for foam-improved shield conditioned muck(60 times vibrations)is 18~21 cm.
