摘要
目的探讨医院信息系统管理在医疗设备中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月潍坊市高新康复医院及潍坊市第二人民医院的40名工作人员为研究对象,以2023年1—6月阶段实施常规管理模式为对照组,以2023年7—12月阶段实施常规管理模式为观察组。对比两组管理质量评分、维护质量、维护评分、效益评分、医疗设备异常发生情况。结果观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,维护质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组维护评分、效益评分分别为(90.54±4.33)分、(91.31±5.07)分,均高于对照组的(81.25±3.69)分、(84.66±4.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.328、6.271,P均<0.05);观察组发生显示器异常1起,无其他异常,对照组发生显示器异常3起,电路异常1起,软件异常1起,观察组低于对照组。结论医院信息系统管理可提升医疗设备管理质量,强化医疗设备异常故障的预防,保证维护质量和效益。
Objective To explore the application effect of hospital information system management in medical equipment.Methods A total of forty staff members from Weifang High-tech Rehabilitation Hospital and Weifang Second People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The routine management model implemented from January to June 2023 was set as the control group,and the routine management model implemented from July to December 2023 was set as the observation group.The management quality,maintenance quality,maintenance score,benefit score and abnormal occurrence of medical equipment of the two groups were compared.Re⁃sults The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the maintenance quality was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of maintenance,benefit were 90.54±4.33 and 91.31±5.07 of the observation group,which were higher than 81.25±3.69 and 84.66±4.39 of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=10.328,6.271,both P<0.05).In the control group,there were 3 cases of display abnormality,1 case of circuit abnormality and 1 case of software abnormality,and the observation group was lower than the control group.Conclusion Hospital information system management can improve the management quality of medical equipment,strengthen the prevention of abnormal faults of medical equipment,and ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance.
