摘要
目的观察圆利针配合手法整脊治疗腰丛神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组采用圆利针配合手法整脊,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分。结果经治疗两组VAS评分、JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.01)。结论圆利针配合手法整脊治疗腰丛神经卡压综合征疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating lumbar plexus nerve entrapment syndrome(LPNES)using a combination of Yuanli needling therapy and spinal manipulation.Methods:A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group received Yuanli needling therapy combined with spinal manipulation,while the control group received conventional acupuncture treatment.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores were measured before and after treatment for both groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in VAS and JOA scores compared with baseline(P<0.01),with the treatment group demonstrating better outcomes compared with the control group(P<0.01).The overall effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of Yuanli needling therapy and spinal manipulation is highly effective in treating lumbar plexus nerve entrapment syndrome.
