LIFE提问法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨LIFE提问法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月—2024年2月于联勤保障部队第九二三医院内分泌科接受规范化培训的80名住院医师。采用随机数字表法,将住院医师随机分为对照组和研究组,每组40名。对照组接受传统的教学模式培训,研究组采用LIFE提问教学法进行培训,所有住院医师培训时间均为2年。比较两组住院医师在教学培训后的理论考核成绩、临床技能掌握情况以及教学满意度。结果培训后,研究组平均理论考核及临床技能考核成绩分别为(92.78±2.03)分、(90.55±1.71)分,高于对照组的(77.63±2.71)分和(81.38±2.19)分;满意度调查结果显示,研究组在提升临床决策速度、提高临床决策准确性、促进团队沟通频率、提升团队沟通质量、增强自我认知、提升适应能力、改善服务态度、提升诊疗效果等8个维度的满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LIFE提问法在内分泌科住院医师规范化培训中表现出积极的教育效果,不仅具备理论上的先进性,还具备实践中的可行性和有效性,既能提升医师的专业技能,也能促进其综合素质的提升。 Objective To explore the application effect of LIFE question method in the standardized training of endocrinology residents.Methods A total of 80 resident physicians who received standardized training in Department of Endocrinology,923 Hospital,Joint Logistic Support Force from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected.According to the method of random number table,the residents were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 in each group.The control group received the traditional teaching mode,while the research group received the LIFE questioning method.The training time of all residents was 2 years.The results of theoretical assessment,clinical skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of residents after teaching training were compared.Results After training,the average theoretical and clinical skill scores of the study group were(92.78±2.03)points and(90.55±1.71)points,which were higher than those of the control group(77.63±2.71)points and(81.38±2.19)points,respectively.Moreover,the satisfaction survey results showed that the satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group in eight dimensions,including improving the speed of clinical decision making,improving the accuracy of clinical decision making,promoting the frequency of team communication,improving the quality of team communication,enhancing selfcognition,improving adaptability,improving service attitude,and improving the diagnosis and treatment effect,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions LIFE questioning method has a positive educational effect in the standardized training of endocrinology residents.It is not only advanced in theory,but also feasible and effective in practice,which can not only improve the professional skills of doctors,but also promote the improvement of their comprehensive quality.
