“双循环”新发展格局下崇礼区冰雪旅游产业高质量发展研究

Research on the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Tourism Industry in Chongli District within the Framework of New“Dual Circulation”Development Paradigm

摘要 在“双循环”新发展格局的背景下,2022年冬奥会的举办为崇礼区的冰雪旅游产业带来了前所未有的发展契机。本文剖析了影响崇礼区冰雪旅游产业发展的关键要素,涵盖得天独厚的冰雪资源、社会经济状况以及政策法规环境。同时,探讨了崇礼区冰雪旅游产业于“双循环”新发展格局中所面临的机遇与挑战,揭示了国内外市场需求的增长态势、技术创新的应用情况以及区域间的合作与竞争形势。基于此,本文提出加强自然环境保护与资源合理利用、推动旅游产品和服务创新、提升旅游市场营销和品牌建设以及促进旅游产业与其他产业的融合发展等策略,旨在为崇礼区冰雪旅游产业高质量发展提供理论支持。 Within the framework of the new"Dual Circulation"development paradigm,the 2022 Winter Olympic Games have presented unprecedented development opportunities for the ice and snow tourism industry in Chongli district.This paper examines the critical factors influencing the growth of this industry,including unique ice and snow resources,socio-economic conditions,and policy and regulatory environments.Additionally,it explores the opportunities and challenges faced by ice and snow tourism in Chongli district within the framework of the new"Dual Circulation"development paradigm,and it delves into the expansion of domestic and international market demand,the application of technological innovation,and the dynamics of regional cooperation and competition.Based on these insights,this paper proposes strategies to strengthen natural environment protection and rational utilization of resources,promote innovation in tourism products and services,enhance tourism marketing and brand building,and promote the integrated development of the tourism industry with other industries,aiming to provide theoretical support for the high-quality development of the ice and snow tourism industry in Chongli district.
