摘要
人工智能的快速发展推动着人机协同的模式改革,给教师职业带来极大挑战。通过对中国学术期刊网(CNKI)上2013-2022年以“人工智能时代”为主题并含“教师”的224篇文献(总计3918618字)进行文本挖掘,得到教师职业任务和五种不同类型教师(小学教师、初中教师、高中教师、中等职业教育教师和特殊教育教师)的潜在替代性。从职业道德与素养、教育知识与应用以及教学知识与能力三方面提出建议,为人工智能时代我国教师发展提供理论参考。
The rapid development of artificial intelligence is driving transformative changes in human-machine collaborative models,presenting significant challenges to the teaching profession.Through text mining analysis of 224 academic articles(totaling 3,918,618 characters)published between 2013-2022 on CNKI with"artificial intelligence era"as the theme and containing"faculty"as a keyword,this research estimates the potential substitution possibility of various teaching professional tasks across five different categories(elementary,junior high,senior high,secondary vocational,and special education teachers).The study proposes recommendations in three dimensions:professional ethics and qualities,educational knowledge and application,and teaching knowledge and capabilities,providing theoretical reference for faculty development in China's artificial intelligence era.
