微课在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨微课在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月—2024年3月于重庆市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科实习的护理专业学生(简称“护生”)70名为研究对象。利用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各35名,对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用微课教学模式。对比2组的考核成绩、学习能力、批判性思维能力、护生自我评价、教学满意度、人际沟通能力。结果教学后,研究组护生在客观题[(35.89±2.34)分]、主观题[(52.78±4.16)分]、操作技能[(53.62±4.08)分]、应变能力[(35.46±2.13)分]得分均高于对照组[(30.68±3.15)分、(47.35±3.82)分、(48.23±5.11)分、(30.75±3.62)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后,研究组护生在学习能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,研究组护生在批判性思维能力测评量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDICV)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后,在自我评价方面,研究组护生各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。教学后,在教学满意度方面,研究组在提升学习兴趣、提高学习效率、优化沟通能力、建立创造性思维、培养职业情感、提高解决实际问题能力满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组护生在人际沟通方面各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床护理教学中,实施微课教学模式的效果良好,有利于提高考核成绩和教学效果,培养批判性思维能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro courses in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngologyhead and neck surgery.Methods A total of 70 nursing students who interned in the department of otolaryngologyhead and neck surgery of Chongqing People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Using the random number table method,the participants were divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the study group received micro course teaching methods.Compare the assessment scores,learning ability,critical thinking ability,self-evaluation of nursing students,teaching satisfaction,and interpersonal communication skills of two groups.Results After teaching,nursing students in the study group scored in objective questions[(35.89±2.34)points],subjective questions[(52.78±4.16)points],operational skills[(53.62±4.08)points],and response ability[(35.46±2.13)points].The scores were higher than the control group[(30.68±3.15)points,(47.35±3.82)points,(48.23±5.11)points,(30.75±3.62)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After teaching,the nursing students in the study group scored higher than the control group in all aspects of learning ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the nursing students in the study group scored higher than the control group in all aspects of the critical thinking disposition inventory Chinese version(CTDI-CV),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,in terms of self-evaluation,the study nursing students in the study group scored higher than the control group in all aspects,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After teaching,in terms of teaching satisfaction,the study group scored higher than the control group in terms of enhancing learning interest,improving learning efficiency,optimizing communication skills,establishing creative thinking,cultivating professional emotions,and improving problem-solving abilities,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing students in the research group scored higher than the control group in various aspects of interpersonal communication,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of micro course teaching mode in clinical nursing teaching of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery has a good effect,which is conducive to improving assessment scores and teaching effectiveness,cultivating critical thinking ability.
