摘要
目的探讨医院介入导管室管理中分层护理管理模式的应用价值。方法选取2021年3月—2023年5月滕州市中心人民医院的40名介入导管室护理人员为研究对象。2021年3月—2022年4月实施常规管理干预作为参照组,2022年5月—2023年5月实施分层护理管理干预作为研究组。对比两组护理管理总满意度、护理服务质量评分、护理操作合格率以及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组护理管理总满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于参照组的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.134,P<0.05)。研究组护理服务质量评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组各项护理操作合格率均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组未发生不良事件,参照组共出现6起,包括耗材准备不齐延误手术2起、高值耗材开错1起、漏查抢救车1起以及先进仪器设备不会操作2起。结论医院在实施介入导管室管理期间,分层护理管理模式的合理应用,可双重提升护理管理满意度以及护理服务质量,此外可以有效提升护理操作合格率,降低系列不良事件发生。
Objective To explore the application value of stratified nursing management mode during interventional cath room management.Methods A total of forty interventional catheter room nurses in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.The routine management intervention was implemented from March 2021 to April 2022 as the reference group,and the stratified care management intervention was implemented from May 2022 to May 2023 as the study group.The total satisfaction of nursing management,nursing service quality score,nursing operation qualification rate and adverse event occurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of nursing management in the study group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 80.00%(32/40)in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.134,P<0.05).The nursing service quality scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified rate of all nursing operations in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There were no adverse events in the study group,6 cases in the reference group,with 2 cases of delayed surgery due to inadequate supplies,1 case of incorrect opening of high-value supplies,1 case of failure to check the rescue vehicle,and 2 cases of inoperation of advanced instruments and equipment.Conclusion During the implementation of interventional cath room management,the reasonable application of stratified nursing management mode can double improve the satisfaction of nursing management and the quality of nursing service,in addition,it can effectively improve the passing rate of nursing operation and reduce the occurrence of a series of adverse events.
