摘要
目的:探究针刺结合康复治疗在中风偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月天水市第一人民医院收治的360例中风偏瘫患者,运用随机数表法分为对照组(给予康复治疗)、干预组(在对照组基础上给予中医针刺治疗),各180例。比较两组神经功能缺损情况、生活质量及生活自理能力。结果:治疗后1、3个月,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低,干预组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组改良Rankin评分量表评分降低,日常生活活动能力量表评分升高,干预组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针刺结合康复治疗应用于中风偏瘫患者中,能有效提高临床疗效,提高患者生活质量及生活自理能力。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:A total of 360 patients with stroke hemiplegia admitted to Tianshui First People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(receiving rehabilitation therapy)and an intervention group(receiving acupuncture therapy in addition to the control group treatment)using a random number table,with 180 cases in each group.The neurological deficit,quality of life,and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 and 3 months after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores decreased in both groups,with the intervention group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Rankin Scale scores decreased and the Activities of Daily Living Scale scores increased in both groups,with the intervention group outperforming the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy in patients with stroke hemiplegia can effectively improve clinical effect,enhance quality of life,and increase self-care ability of patients.
