摘要
目的探讨产妇发生产后抑郁的危险因素。方法选取周口市中心医院2022年1月至2023年1月产科分娩的200例产妇作为研究对象,根据产妇是否出现产后抑郁分为产后抑郁组21例和无抑郁组179例,采用自行设计调查表进行问卷调查,分析产妇临床资料与产后抑郁的关系,Logistic回归分析影响产后抑郁的因素。结果产后抑郁组与无抑郁组夫妻关系、不良孕产史、参加产前教育、睡眠质量、家庭年收入对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,夫妻关系差、有不良孕产史、未参加产前教育、睡眠质量差、家庭年收入<8万元均为影响产妇产后抑郁的危险因素(OR=4.799、3.938、4.031、3.504、4.890,P<0.05)。结论夫妻关系、不良孕产史、产前教育、睡眠质量、家庭年收入均是产妇发生产后抑郁的危险因素,临床应采取针对性促使积极预防。
Objective To explore the risk factors for postpartum depression in mothers.Methods A total of 200 mothers who delivered in the obstetrics department at Zhoukou Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into a postpartum depression group(21 cases)and a non-depression group(179 cases)based on whether they developed postpartum depression.A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data,analyzing the relationship between clinical characteristics and postpartum depression,followed by logistic regression analysis of the influencing factors.Results The comparisons between the postpartum depression group and the non-depression group showed statistically significant differences in marital relationship,adverse pregnancy history,participation in prenatal education,sleep quality,and annual family income(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis indicated that poor marital relationships,adverse pregnancy history,lack of participation in prenatal education,poor sleep quality,and annual family income less than 80,000 yuan were all significant risk factors for postpartum depression(OR=4.799,3.938,4.031,3.504,4.890;P<0.05).Conclusion Marital relationships,adverse pregnancy history,prenatal education,sleep quality,and family income are risk factors for postpartum depression.Clinical interventions should focus on targeted strategies for proactive prevention.
