摘要
基于黄炎培职业教育思想,针对药学服务类专业实践教学存在的问题,提出五阶递进“训—赛—服”三位一体的实践教学新模式。强调“手脑并用”和“做学合一”的理念,通过校企合作、产教融合,构建从职业基本素质到创新创业能力的全面培养体系。通过校内虚拟仿真实训与校外真实职场实践相结合、引入企业真实项目驱动的竞赛、开展社区健康服务实践活动,提升学生的实践能力和职业素养,在某高校药品经营与管理专业的实践中取得了显著成效。
Based on Huang Yanpei’s vocational education ideas,this paper proposed a new practical teaching mode of five-stage progressive“training-competition-service”in view of the problems existing in the practical teaching of pharmaceutical service majors.This model emphasizes the concept of“using hand and brain”and“integrating doing and learning”.Through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education,a comprehensive training system from basic vocational quality to innovation and entrepreneurship ability has been constructed.Through the combination of on-campus virtual simulation training and off-campus real workplace practice,the introduction of enterprise real project-driven competition,and the implementation of community health service practice activities,the practical ability and professional quality of students have been effectively improved.This model has achieved remarkable results in the practice of pharmaceutical management and management major in Wuhan Polytechnic,and provides a useful reference for the training of applied pharmaceutical service talents in higher vocational colleges.
