摘要
党的二十大明确指出,要全面规划职业教育、高等教育与继续教育的协同创新路径。同时,党的二十大强调加速构建国家战略人才梯队,致力于培育并壮大大国工匠与高技能人才的队伍。将大国工匠的培养置于国家发展战略的高度是对高职院校在新时代背景下深入贯彻立德树人教育理念所赋予的重大使命。在此背景下,高职院校积极响应党的二十大号召,进一步凸显了对大国工匠培养的重视,此举不仅对传统教育模式与教学方法提出了新的考验,更为教育创新与发展开辟了广阔的空间与机遇。基于高职院校在大国工匠培养领域的实践探索,坚持以学生综合素质的全面提升为核心目标,深度融合忠诚与担当的核心价值观,构建纵横交织、立体多维的“忠诚工匠”培养框架。此框架旨在为高职院校深入践行党的二十大精神提供行之有效的实施路径与策略支撑。
The report to the 20th CPC National Congress clearly pointed out that it is necessary to comprehen-sively plan the collaborative innovation path of vocational education,higher education and continuing education.At the same time,the report emphasizes accelerating the construction of a national strategic talent echelon,commit-ted to cultivating and strengthening the workforce of craftsmen and highly skilled talents of powerful contry.Plac-ing the cultivation of powerful country craftsmen at the height of the national development strategy is a major mis-sion entrusted by higher vocational colleges to thoroughly implement the education concept of Lide Shuren under the background of the new era.Under this background,higher vocational colleges'actively respond to the call of the 20th CPC National Congress further highlighting the importance of the cultivation of craftsmen of powerful country.This move not only puts forward a new test for the traditional education mode and teaching methods,but also opens up a broad space and opportunities for educational innovation and development.This paper is based on the practice and exploration of higher vocational colleges in the field of craftsman cultivating of powerful country,adheres to the comprehensive improvement of students'comprehensive quality as the core goal,deeply integrates the core values of loyalty and responsibility,and constructs a three-dimensional and multi-dimensional"loyal crafts-man"cultivating framework.This framework aims to provide effective implementation path and strategic support for higher vocational colleges to deeply practice the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress.
