摘要
随着我国牛养殖业规模不断发展,牛粪污集中排放引起的土壤、水体和空气等环境污染问题日趋严重。文章从牛粪污肥料化、能源化、饲料化、基质化、垫料化等5个方面综述牛粪资源化利用的研究进展,并对未来牛粪污资源化利用的研究方向做出展望,为缓解我国牛产能提高与日益严峻的牛粪污染之间的矛盾,最大限度发挥牛粪污资源化利用潜力提供参考。
With the continuous development of cattle breeding industry in China,environmental pollution of soil,water and air caused by centralized discharge of cattle manure is becoming more and more serious.In this paper,the research progress of cow manure resource utilization was reviewed in five aspects:Fertilizer,energy,feed,substrate and bedding,and the research direction of cow manure resource utilization in the future was prospected,which provided a reference for alleviating the contradiction between the improvement of cattle productivity and the increasingly severe cow manure pollution in China and maximizing the potential of cow manure resource utilization.
