摘要
畜禽粪便中有多种未在动物体内利用完的物质残留,可对人畜健康产生威胁,对空气、水、土壤等环境存在一定危害。微生物强化堆肥通过添加特定的微生物菌株,能够加速有机废弃物的分解过程,提高堆肥的效率和质量。其优势在于可以更快地将有机物转化为稳定的腐殖质,同时减少堆肥过程中的臭味和温室气体排放。此外,微生物强化堆肥还能够有效抑制病原菌的生长,提高堆肥产品的安全性。文章对畜禽粪便堆肥处理、微生物与堆肥的结合应用进行了综述,以期为畜禽粪便微生物堆肥相关研究提供参考。
There are a variety of substances in livestock manure that are not used in the animal body,which can threaten the health of humans and animals,and cause certain harm to the environment,such as air,water and soil.Microbial enhanced compost by adding specific microbial strains,can accelerate the decomposition process of organic waste,improve the efficiency and quality of compost.The advantage is that organic matter can be converted into stable humus more quickly,while reducing odors and greenhouse gas emissions from the composting process.In addition,microbial enhanced compost can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria and improve the safety of compost products.In this paper,the composting treatment of livestock and poultry manure and the combined application of microorganisms and compost were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the research on microbial composting of livestock and poultry manure.
