智能决策对炼铁-炼钢界面铁水温降的影响

Effect of intelligent decision on hot metal temperature drop in ironmaking-steelmaking interface

摘要 为研究智能决策对炼铁-炼钢界面铁水温降的影响,分析了唐钢新区炼铁-炼钢界面铁水罐周转过程,总结了铁水罐周转过程影响因素,构建了炼铁-炼钢界面智能决策系统。通过统计唐钢新区KR进站铁水温度指标分布、铁水罐周转各环节时间分布,分析炼铁-炼钢界面KR进站铁水温度较低的影响环节,对高炉配罐智能决策单元、尾罐转场智能决策单元和铁水运输调度智能决策单元进行了研究。结果表明,通过应用炼铁-炼钢界面智能决策系统,有效缩短了铁水罐周转时间,尾罐受铁间隔时间中位值缩短了22 min,尾罐和非尾罐周转各环节时间均得到明显改善。对于KR进站铁水罐整体,铁水温度超过1380℃的比例提升了4.58个百分点,达到74.70%。尾罐转场智能决策单元能够有效改善尾罐转场不及时的现状,对于KR进站尾罐,铁水温度超过1380℃的比例提高了12.63个百分点。其中,对于KR进站转场尾罐和未转场尾罐,铁水温度超过1380℃的比例分别为75.19%和39.41%,说明智能决策系统可以显著提升炼铁-炼钢界面KR进站铁水罐整体铁水温度。 In order to study the influence of intelligent decision on hot metal temperature drop in ironmaking-steelmaking interface,the hot metal ladle turnover process in Tangshan Steel New Area was analyzed,the influencing factors related to the process were summarized,and the intelligent decision system of ironmaking-steelmaking interface was constructed.By counting the distribution of hot metal temperature indicators of KR desulphurization station and the time distribution of each link of hot metal ladle turnover,and analyzing the influential links of lower hot metal temperature of KR desulphurization station in ironmaking-steelmaking interface,intelligent decision cell of hot metal ladles allocation for BF,intelligent decision cell of ending hot metal ladle turnover,and intelligent decision cell of hot metal transportation dispatching were investigated.The results show that by applying intelligent decision system in ironmaking-steelmaking interface,the turnover time of the hot metal ladle is effectively shortened,the median value of the interval time between receiving hot metal in the ending ladle is shortened by 22 min,and the turnover time of the ending ladle and full ladle in each link is significantly improved.As for hot metal ladles in KR desulphurization station,the proportion of iron temperature exceeding 1380℃has improved by 4.58 percent points to 74.70%.The intelligent decision cell for ending ladle transfer can effectively improve the status quo of the untimely ending ladle transfer,for ending ladles in KR desulphurization station,the proportion of iron temperature exceeding 1380℃has increased by 12.63 percent points.Among them,for transferred ending ladles and non-transferred ending ladles in KR desulphurization station,the proportion of iron temperature exceeding 1380℃are 75.19%and 39.41%respectively,indicating that intelligent decision system can significantly improve overall hot metal temperature of KR desulphurization station.
