基于MATLAB的水田搅浆刀运动仿真分析

摘要 为更深入研究水田搅浆刀的运动特性,探索影响搅浆刀作业质量相关因素间的关系,根据实际生产情况建立水田搅浆刀运动模型,通过理论分析建立搅浆刀运动方程,给出绝对速度、分向加速度公式。通过MATLAB(Matrix&Laboratory,矩阵实验室)软件采用三因素三水平正交试验法描绘不同作业条件下搅浆刀的运动轨迹图形,通过图形得出:前进速度主要影响运动轨迹横向跨度,刀轴转速主要影响运动轨迹数量,回转半径主要影响运动轨迹纵向跨度。在27个图形中无交集余摆线有7个,当v=1.5 m/s,ω=180 r/min,R=0.35 m时余摆线图形明显,且相交面积较大。同时分析搅浆刀旋耕速比曲线时发现,刀轴转速、回转半径对旋耕速比为正影响;前进速度对旋耕速比为负影响。 In order to further study the motion characteristics of paddy field puddling blades and explore the relationship between factors affecting the quality of puddling blade operations,a motion model of paddy field puddling blades is established based on actual production conditions.The motion equation of puddling blades is established through theoretical analysis,and formulas for absolute velocity and directional acceleration are given.Using MATLAB(Matrix&Laboratory)software,the orthogonal experimentation of 3 factors and 3 levels was used to depict the motion trajectory of the puddling blade under different operating conditions.Through the graph,it was found that the forward speed mainly affects the lateral span of the motion trajectory,the blade shaft speed mainly affects the number of motion trajectories,and the turning radius mainly affects the longitudinal span of the motion trajectory.Among the 27 graphs,there are 7 non intersecting trochoidal curves.When v=1.5 m/s,ω=180 r/min and R=0.35 m,the trochoidal pattern is obvious and the intersection area is large.When analyzing the speed ratio curve of rotary tillage with a puddling blade,it was found that the blade shaft speed and rotation radius have a positive effect on the rotary tillage speed ratio;The forward speed has a negative impact on the rotary tillage speed ratio.
