薄壳山核桃林药套种模式对土壤养分及酶活性的影响

Effects of Interplanting Patterns of Carya illinoensis and Medicinal Plants on Soil Nutrients and Enzyme Activity

摘要 为筛选出薄壳山核桃(Carya illinoensis)幼林期适宜的林药套种模式,以5年生薄壳山核桃林为研究对象,探讨薄壳山核桃-丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza)、薄壳山核桃-射干(Blackberry lily)和薄壳山核桃-桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorum)对林地土壤养分含量和酶活性的影响。结果表明,薄壳山核桃果园套种丹参、射干和桔梗对土壤水解氮、有效磷、速效钾、有机质含量和脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响存在显著变化;与11月未套种的对照组相比,套种丹参和射干后土壤水解氮、有机质、速效钾含量均有所提高,套种后有效磷含量在不同时期的变化趋势相同,11月含量均低于对照组;套种后土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶、过氧化氢酶活性均有所升高,蔗糖酶活性降低,土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性在不同时期的变化趋势基本相同。综合可知,在薄壳山核桃果园套种丹参或射干有利于提高土壤养分含量和增强酶活性。 In order to screen out suitable interplanting patterns for Carya illinoensis young forests,in the study of 5-year-old Carya illinoensis trees,the effects of Carya illinoensis-Salvia miltiorrhiza,Carya illinoensis-Blackberry lily and Carya illinoensis-Platycodon grandiflorum on soil nutrient content and enzyme activity were investigated.The results showed that the influence of Salvia miltiorrhiza,Blackberry lily and Platycodon grandiflorum on soil hydrolyzable nitrogen,effective phosphorus,quick potassium,organic matter and the activity of urease,phosphatase,sucrase,catalase had significant changes.Compared with the uninterplanting control in November,the soil hydrolyzable nitrogen,quick potassium and organic matter content increased after interplanting Salvia miltiorrhiza and Blackberry lily,the change trend of effective phosphorus content was basically the same in different periods,and the content in November was lower than that of the uninterplanting control.The activities of soil urease,phosphatase and catalase increased,the activities of sucrase decreased after interplanting,and the change trend of soil urease and sucrase activities was basically the same in different periods.Overall,it could be seen that interplanting Salvia miltiorrhiza or Blackberry lily in the Carya illinoensis forest could facilitate the improvement of soil nutrient nutrient content and enhance the enzyme activity.
