摘要
目的探讨家庭赋权方案在白血病患儿中的应用效果。方法依据干预方案的不同将82例白血病患儿分为对照组(40例)和观察组(42例),对照组患儿采用常规干预,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采用家庭赋权方案。比较两组患儿的负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)]、依从性及主要照顾者照护情况[照顾者照顾能力量表(FCTI)、Zarit照顾负担量表(ZBI)]、主要照顾者满意度。结果干预后,两组患儿SDS、SAS评分及主要照顾者FCTI、ZBI评分均低于本组干预前,观察组患儿SDS、SAS评分及主要照顾者FCTI、ZBI评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。观察组患儿总依从率、主要照顾者总满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论家庭赋权方案能有效改善白血病患儿的负性情绪和治疗依从性,提高主要照顾者的照护能力,减少主要照顾者的照护负担,提高主要照顾者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of family empowerment program in children with leukemia.Method According to different intervention programs,82 children with leukemia were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received family empowerment program on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],compliance of patients and primary caregiver care[family caregiver task inventory(FCTI),Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI)],primary caregiver satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS of patients and the scores of FCTI and ZBI of the primary caregivers in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of SDS and SAS of patients and the scores of FCTI and ZBI of the primary caregivers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of patients and the total satisfaction of primary caregivers in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The family empowerment program can effectively improve the negative emotions and treatment compliance of children with leukemia,improve the care ability of primary caregivers,reduce the care burden of primary caregivers,and improve the satisfaction of primary caregivers.
