基于小龙虾优化算法的跨越塔混凝土热学参数反演

摘要 建设完成的鲍家林长江大跨越段跨越塔混凝土总浇筑量达到2304.8 m^(3),承台平面尺寸14 m×12.8m×2.5m(厚度),为大体积混凝土。由于混凝土采用一次性浇筑,温度幅度变化较快且最高温度峰值大。为了避免混凝土内外温差过大产生温度裂缝,结合现场实测数据对跨越塔混凝土热学参数进行了反演。为了提升反演的效率和精度,引入了一种全新的元启发式算法——小龙虾优化算法,通过基准测试函数与非参数检验,验证了新算法的性能。将反演结果带入进行数值模拟,发现混凝土实测温度与计算温度吻合良好,并通过不同温度测点进行校核,进一步验证了新算法在实际工程中的性能和参数反演的可行性,反演结果也可以用于后续跨越塔大体积混凝土的施工。 The total amount of concrete pouring of Baojialin Yangtze River Spaning Crossing Tower completed is 2304.8 m^(3),and the plane size of the pile cap is 14 m×12.8 m×2.5 m(thickness),which is mass concrete.As the concrete is poured in one time,the temperature changes rapidly and the peak temperature is high.In order to avoid temperature cracks caused by the large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete,this paper inverts the thermal parameters of the concrete for spanning tower in combination with the on-site measured data.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the inversion,a new meta-heuristic algorithm,the crayfish optimization algorithm,is introduced.The performance of the new algorithm is validated by benchmarking functions and non-parametric tests.The inversion results are brought into numerical simulation,and it is found that the measured temperature of concrete matches well with the calculated temperature.Further verification was conducted using different temperature measurement points,which validated the performance of the new algorithm in practical engineering and the feasibility of parameter inversion.The inverse results can also be applied to the construction of large-volume concrete in future span tower projects.
