摘要
在机械加工中由于各种因素的影响,数控机床加工出来的零件精度总会存在一定的误差。这些因素主要包括机床本身的制造精度与性能、刀具的选择与管理、工件的装夹方式、加工工艺与编程、加工环境以及机床的维护与保养等。为了保证数控机床零件加工精度,提高产品质量,文章从提高机床自身的制造精度、合理选择刀具与切削液、多角度改进工件装夹方式、改进加工工艺与优化数控编程、加强加工环境的控制等方面探讨提高加工精度的改进措施,以供参考。
Due to various factors,there will always be certain errors in the accuracy of parts machined by CNC machine tools in mechanical processing.These factors mainly include the manufacturing accuracy and performance of the machine tool itself,the selection and management of cutting tools,the clamping method of the workpiece,the processing technology and programming,the processing environment,and the maintenance and upkeep of the machine tool,etc.In order to ensure the machining accuracy of CNC machine tool parts and improve product quality,this article explores improvement measures to enhance machining accuracy from various aspects,such as improving the manufacturing accuracy of the machine tool itself,selecting cutting tools and cutting fluids reasonably,improving workpiece clamping methods from multiple angles,improving machining processes and optimizing CNC programming,and strengthening the control of machining environment,for reference.
