摘要
目的调查乳腺癌患者养育胜任感现状,并分析其影响因素,为医务人员制订针对性的干预提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法选取2024年8月至9月在山西医科大学第一医院、山西省人民医院住院的200例女性乳腺癌患者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、乳腺癌患者养育胜任感量表、领悟社会支持量表、疾病进展恐惧简化量表进行调查,分析乳腺癌患者养育胜任感的影响因素。结果乳腺癌患者养育胜任感得分为(50.23±15.32)分,领悟社会支持总分为(55.31±15.45)分,疾病进展恐惧总分为(35.82±9.87)分。不同未成年子女年龄、未成年子女数、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、职业状况、疾病分期、居住地的乳腺癌患者养育胜任感得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者养育胜任感得分与领悟社会支持总分及其各维度得分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),与疾病进展恐惧总分及其各维度得分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。未成年子女年龄、未成年子女数、婚姻状况、家庭人均月收入、疾病分期、社会支持及疾病进展恐惧是乳腺癌患者养育胜任感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者养育胜任感处于中等偏低水平,医护人员应重视对患者早期养育胜任感的评估,及时采取有效的措施以增加其养育胜任感水平,提高养育的积极性,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the status quo of parenting competence of breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for medical staff to formulate targeted interventions.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 200 cases of female breast cancer patients who were hospitalized in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University and Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital from August to September 2024 as the research subjects.A general information survey,the breast cancer patient parenting competence scale,the perceived social support scale,and the fear of disease progression scale were used to investigate,and the influencing factors of parenting competence in breast cancer patients were analyzed.Results The scores of breast cancer patient parenting competence were(50.23±15.32)points,the total scores of perceived social support were(55.31±15.45)points,and the total scores of fear of disease progression was(35.82±9.87)points.There were statistically significant differences in the scores of breast cancer parenting competence with different ages of minor children,number of minor children,marital status,family per capita monthly income,employment status,disease stage,and living area(P<0.05).The scores of breast cancer parenting competence was positively correlated with the total scores of perceived social support and the scores of all dimensions(r>0,P<0.05),and negatively correlated with the total scores of fear of disease progressionand the scores of all dimensions(r<0,P<0.05).Different ages of minor children,number of minor children,marital status,family per capita monthly income,disease stage,perceived social support,and fear of disease progression were influencing factors of breast cancer patient parenting competence(P<0.05).Conclusion Breast cancer patients parenting competence is at a moderately low level.The medical staff pay attention to early evaluation of patient parenting competence and take effective measures in time to increase the level of their parenting competence,improve the enthusiasm of parenting,and improve the quality of life.
