摘要
引黄济青工程是山东现代水网主骨架的重要组成部分,主要用于解决青岛市及滨州、东营等沿途城市用水并兼顾农业用水、生态补水,为胶东地区经济社会可持续发展提供不可获缺的水资源保障。通过对各监测站水质的实时、连续监测和远程监控,工程管理单位可以及时、准确掌握各重点断面的水质状况及变化趋势,为防范突发性水污染事件提供前端预警。基于水质监测-告警-调控决策支持综合管理平台,定制风险污染物管控主题的数字化场景,动态掌握引黄济青工程水质监测现状及未来发展趋势,实现以不同渠段、不同污染物为输入的引黄济青工程污染物扩散模拟及调控举措在数字化场景中的真实仿真再现提供完整、准确的数据支撑,为水质安全提供保障。
The Yellow River to Qingdao Water Diversion Project is an important component of the main framework of Modern Water Network in Shandong Province.It is mainly used to solve the water supply problems in Qingdao,Binzhou,Dongying and other cities along the way,while also taking into account agricultural water supply and ecological water replenishment,providing indispensable water resources guarantee for the sustainable economic and social development of the Jiaodong region.By real-time,continuous,and remote monitoring of water quality at various monitoring stations,engineering management units can timely and accurately grasp the water quality status and trends of key sections,providing front-end warnings for preventing sudden water pollution incidents.Based on the comprehensive management platform of water quality monitoring alarm regulation decision support,a digital scenario of risk pollutant control theme is customized to dynamically grasp the current situation and future development trend of water quality monitoring in the Yellow River to Qingdao Water Diversion Project.This platform provides complete and accurate data support for the simulation and control measures of pollutant diffusion in the Yellow River to Qingdao Water Diversion Project with different canal sections and pollutants as inputs in the digital scenario,and guarantees water quality safety.
