铁路钢桥面铺装层超高性能混凝土的配制及应用

摘要 采用石英砂和钢纤维配制高流动性超高性能混凝土,探明了钢纤维用量对超高性能混凝土性能的影响规律,分析超高性能混凝土的微观结构,并研究超高性能混凝土在钢桥面的铺装应用效果。结果表明:随着钢纤维用量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度逐渐增加,干燥收缩率逐渐减小。钢纤维掺量宜为160 kg/m^(3),超高性能混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量分别为135.7 MPa、23.0 MPa和46.2 GPa。超高性能混凝土微观结构致密,具有优异的抗渗性和抗冻性。应用结果表明,超高性能混凝土钢桥面铺装层表面平整、无裂纹。 Quartz sand and steel fiber are used to prepare ultra-high performance concrete with high fluidity.The influence of the amount of steel fiber on the performance of ultra-high performance concrete was proved.The microstructure of ultra-high performance concrete was analyzed,and the application effect of ultra-high performance concrete on steel bridge deck was studied.The results show that with the increase of the amount of steel fiber,the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete increase gradually,and the drying shrinkage rate decreases gradually.The steel fiber content should be 160 kg/m^(3),and the compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of ultra-high performance concrete are 135.7 MPa,23.0 MPa and 46.2 GPa,respectively.The ultra-high performance concrete has dense microstructure,excellent impermeability and frost resistance property.The application results show that the surface of the ultra-high performance concrete steel bridge deck is smooth and has no cracks.
