154000 DWT穿梭油轮双面肋板拉入法的应用研究

摘要 在船舶行业中,先进工法的研究、推广及实施对于缩短船舶建造周期、提升船舶建造质量以及节约建造成本具有举足轻重的意义。双面肋板拉入法作为当前国内外船舶肋板装配领域的一项先进工艺,与传统的肋板拉入法相比有着明显的优势。本文以154000DWT穿梭油轮为例,研究了双面肋板拉入法技术的推行及其应用情况,解决了穿梭油轮生产过程中的关键技术难题,有效提高船舶的建造效率。 In the shipbuilding industry,the research,promotion and implementation of advanced construction methods are of great significance for shortening the shipbuilding cycle,improving the quality of shipbuilding and reducing construction costs.As an advanced process in the current field of ship rib plate assembly both at home and abroad,the double-sided rib plate drawing-in method has obvious advantages over the traditional rib plate drawingin method.Taking a 154000 DWT shuttle tanker as an example,this paper studies the promotion and application of the double-sided rib plate drawing-in method,solves the key technical problems in the production process of shuttle tankers,and effectively improves the shipbuilding efficiency.
