摘要
文章选取TA1纯钛板材作为研究材料,设置30°、60°、90°、120°四种不同角度进行弯曲试验,研究TA1纯钛板材在不同弯曲角度下的微观组织与力学性能演变规律。研究表明:在弯曲角度增加的过程中,纯钛板材的组织形貌以及晶体结构均产生明显变化,组织中孪晶数量随着弯曲角度增加而不断增加,且晶粒尺寸不断减小。发现随着弯曲角度增加,反极图中的取向集中逐渐减少,最大强度由7.0逐渐减少至4.9,组织中的晶粒由取向集中逐渐向取向随机分布转变,晶粒的取向规律性逐渐减少,且在此过程中,硬度值由145HV增加至195HV。
In this paper,TAlpure titanium plate was selected as the research material,and four different angles of 30°、60°、90°、120°were set for bending test to study the evolution of microstructure and mechanical properties of TA1 pure titanium plate at different bending angles.The results show that the microstructure and crystal structure of pure titanium plate change obviously with the increase of bending angle.The number of twins in the structure increases with the increase of bending angle,and the grain size decreases.It is found that with the increase of bending angle,the orientation concentration in the inverse pole diagram gradually decreases,the maximum strength gradually decreases from 7.0 to 4.9,the grains in the microstructuregradually change from orientation concentration to orientation random distribution,and the orientation regularity of the grains gradually decreases.In the process,the hardness value increases from 145 HV to 195 HV.
