摘要
目的:探讨基于营养风险评分的个性化护理措施在结直肠癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取在医院进行治疗的100例结直肠癌术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例患者。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,研究组患者采用基于营养风险评分的个性化护理措施,对比两组患者的护理疗效。结果:干预后,研究组患者的ALB、PA、Hb水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间短于对照组,其UW-QOL评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于营养风险评分的个性化护理策略可有效改善结直肠癌术后患者的营养状况,减少并发症,提高患者的生存质量,促进患者康复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of personalized nursing strategy based on nutritional risk score in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Method:100 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer treated in hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,while the study group received personalized nursing measures based on nutritional risk scores.The nursing efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.After surgery,the levels of ALB,PA,and Hb in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The hospitalization time of the research group was shorter than that of the control group,and the UW-QOL score after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing strategies based on nutritional risk scores can effectively improve the nutritional status of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,reduce complications and improve patients'quality of life,and are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
